Dialhop help

Dialhop answers an auto repair shop's phone line: it picks up, answers the questions callers ask, books appointments, and takes messages, and the owner sees every call in one place. These pages explain every screen and how to do each task. Every task is listed under "How do I…" at the bottom of this page, and the search box finds a task by the button or field it names. Open them anytime from Help at the bottom of the sidebar, or ask Eli, the assistant behind Ask Eli at the top of every screen (Cmd+J), which answers from these same pages; see Ask Eli. Inside the app, Cmd+K opens a search box that finds customers, jumps to screens, and runs actions; see Keyboard shortcuts and the search box. Once here, the same keys search every page and section.
