The dashboard
What each screen in the sidebar is for, and the user menu at the bottom.
The sidebar lists every screen. The business's name sits at the top; Help, Settings, and you sit at the bottom. Press the button at the top left of the page to fold the sidebar to icons; on a phone it slides out from the side.
The bar at the top says where you are. On a single call or source it reads like Knowledge › Shop policies; press Knowledge (or Calls) to go back to the list.
What each screen is for
- Overview: who's waiting on a call back, what's coming in, and how your calls went day by day. See Calls.
- Calls: every call Eli took, with who called, what they needed, and how it ended. Start a Test call here to hear how Eli answers.
- Knowledge: everything Eli knows about your shop and answers callers from: your website, files, text, and questions and answers. See Knowledge.
- Integrations: the calendar your bookings flow into. See Google Calendar.
- Settings: your shop's details and address, the greeting, who gets a call when someone asks for a person, and how many appointments you take at once. See Settings.

See what needs you, from any screen
The bell at the top right, next to Ask Eli, counts what still needs a person and lists it when you press it. A row stays only while its thing is still pending, so the list is never stale:
- A message to return, with a caller who asked for a person first. Press the phone to call back, the tick for Done, or the row to open the call. The same message leaves Waiting on you on Overview.
- A booking your Google Calendar moved or cancelled, with the new time. The tick means you've seen it.
- Billing: a payment that didn't go through, a free trial ending within two days, minutes running low or used up with overage off.
- Google Calendar needing to be connected again, or a plan with no number yet.
When nothing is pending it says so.
