Send feedback

Tell the Dialhop team when something isn't working or what you wish Dialhop did, through Eli.

What feedback is

Feedback is a short note to the people who build Dialhop: something that isn't working, or something you wish Dialhop did. Eli asks a question or two, writes the note, and shows it to you before anything is sent. When other shops have asked for the same thing, your note is added to theirs, so the things most shops want stand out.

Send feedback

  1. Open the menu with your name at the bottom of the sidebar and press Send feedback. Eli opens on a new conversation.
  2. Pick Something isn't working or I wish Dialhop could…, or just say what's on your mind.
  3. Answer Eli's questions. For something broken, Eli asks what you were doing, what happened, and what you expected. For a wish, it asks what you'd use it for. Say "just send it" to skip the questions.
  4. Eli shows the note in a card titled Note to the Dialhop team. Change anything you like, then press Send, or Not now to drop it.

When it's sent, the card says so. If other shops had already asked for the same thing, it tells you yours was added to theirs.

You can also tell Eli in any conversation. When you ask for something Dialhop doesn't do yet, Eli says so and offers to pass it on.

What goes in a note

Only what's in the card: your words, the screen you were on, and your shop's name. Nothing from your calls or your callers goes with it. Sending one doesn't promise a fix, a date, or a reply.
