Reset your password

A reset link goes to the email on your account and lasts one hour.

Request a reset link

1. On the sign-in screen press Forgot your password?.
2. Enter your Email and press Send reset link. The screen says a link is on its way whether or not an account exists for that address, so nobody can use it to find out who has an account.

Choose a new password

1. Open the email titled "Reset your Dialhop password" and press Choose a new password.
2. Enter a New password of at least 12 characters, type it again under Confirm new password, and press Save new password.
3. Press Sign in and sign in with it.

"This reset link is invalid or has expired." means the hour is up or the link was already used. Press Request a new link.
